一、 產品結構： 導熱體採用含硅95%以上，耐高溫1800度的石英玻璃為主要原料，經化學反應形成二氧化硅，具有遠紅外性能，表面釉層由輻射性能較好的多種氧化物組成，經高溫燒結后光滑、美觀、耐磨、防腐等優點。發熱體由Cr20Ni80電阻絲繞成螺旋式澆鑄在導熱體內燒制而成.
二、  性能優點及技術參數： 整體抗折強度為440Kg/CM2；整體加熱至800℃，置入冷水反復數十次不開裂；絕緣電阻值大於100兆歐，輻射率0.9左右，輻射波長1-25微米以上。化學性能很穩定，在稀硫酸溶液中，加熱體全浸24小時不會出現腐蝕性損坏。因其熱效率、輻射率、安全係數、節能性均佔有一定優勢，所以在塑料、化工、輕工、電子、醫藥、食品等行業得到廣氾使用。 應用範圍： 真空吸塑成型、油漆固化乾燥、食品烘烤、藥品脫水、醫療衛生等。
